By purchasing artwork(s) via Stripe Payments from www.zoetumika.com, you (here in described as ‘the purchaser’) are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
- The materiality of each artwork has been described with honesty and as accurately as possible.
- Dimension measurements are intended to be accurate however a tolerance of up to 10% on any one side is allowed.
SHIPPING
- The artwork(s) will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the purchaser through Royal Mail and will be covered by transit insurance.
- If the purchaser requests shipping by an alternative courier, the purchaser will have to cover the full shipping costs upfront before the artwork will be dispatched. Full shipping costs include couriering and transit insurance.
- Zoë Zo, Zoë Tumika & Zoë Guthrie will dispatch purchased artwork(s) within 7 working days of payment being received.
RETURNS
- In line with Distance Selling Regulations 2000, all purchases made through www.zoetumika.com have a cool off period. This means that the purchaser is entitled to request to return the artwork(s) in the condition as received, for a full refund up to 14 days after delivery of the artwork(s) has been made. Any requests for refund after this period are invalid.
- Zoë Zo, Zoë Tumika & Zoë Guthrie will refund the payment for approved refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned artwork(s).
- Zoë Zo, Zoë Tumika & Zoë Guthrie will reimburse return postage and packaging up to the cost of £20. For the purchaser’s reimbursement to be valid, the purchaser must provide Zoë Zo, Zoë Tumika & Zoë Guthrie with receipts for all costs which they are seeking reimbursement.
- The purchaser is responsible for safe return of artworks and must purchase appropriate insurance for returns shipping.
DAMAGES
- Zoë Zo, Zoë Tumika & Zoë Guthrie is responsible for making sure that artworks are not damaged prior to shipping. The purchaser is responsible for checking for any damages upon receiving delivery of their artwork. If there have been any damages in shipping, the purchaser must let Zoë Zo, Zoë Tumika & Zoë Guthrie know within 3 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage.
Each provision in this agreement is to be treated as separate and independent from any other provision. Each provision remains enforceable notwithstanding the unenforceability of any such other provision.
